- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide military and law enforcement discounts. My father is retired from 32 years with Phoneix PD. We truly appreciate anyone that is willing to put others in front of themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
90% of our work is strictly from referrals. We have scaled and giving thumbtack a try. It’s critical that we show enough value for our clients to continue to call us back and recommend us. When you refer us, not only is our back on the line, but yours is too. We have shown time in and out that we provide the same experience that influenced you to recommend us to close family and friends!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to this - I worked within communication and customer service.
