- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the highest level of service and quality of ingredients and bring over 10 years of hospitality and food service knowledge. I don’t discount my work or offer “for-trade” services. My rates are competitive for my area of expertise in plant-based and blue zone diets and I have knowledge of the nutrition and wellness space as well as event management experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to talk about their goals, and if an event, their vision for the day. For personal chef clients, we discuss health goals and diet. For events, I want to know your requests and inspiration for the food. Next, we always discuss your budget and get very clear on that. I get to work creating options and an outline for you to approve and we go over details in depth to make the day as smooth as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked under top Nutritionist in Los Angeles, Elissa Goodman for six years and had a food business years prior. I successfully launched two new food concepts with Elissa, one being a 5-day delivered food program in Los Angeles (that’s doing amazing!). I’m also certified by the International Culinary Institute for Food Styling and I’m constantly honing my craft and learning about everything I can in the food and wellness space.
