I’m passionate about creating amazing food and experiences, and I love nourishing others with food and kindness. While I have southern roots and can cook a range of every type of food style, I’ve spent the last 8 years in Los Angeles & Phoenix area developing my plant-based diet and Mediterranean diet knowledge. I have the ability to cook it all and educate along the way! I’ve thrived in work as a private chef in Los Angeles and created a plant-based food delivery program with a high profile nutritionist that quickly became popular with celebs, busy professionals and health conscious families. I’ve worked as a freelance food stylist and catered high end luxury retreats and wellness events.

✨I can create personal cleanse programs for you upon request (I’ve worked with a nutritionist for 6 years to bring a variety of cleanse programs to clients)
✨ Catering of meals, gorgeous grazing boards or colorful and delicious wellness bowls for baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events, retreats. You know those stunning boards and bowls you see on the gram? I make those! And I have a portfolio of looks you can choose from.
✨ In home personal chef services for meal prep, dinner parties, lunches...anything you want!
✨Food Styling - I’m certified by the International Culinary Institute in NYC and worked in Los Angeles as a freelance food stylist for natural, organic, and plant based brands.
✨Private chef for retreats and wellness events and I travel for those as well. I’ve worked with top event producers in Los Angeles and have cooked for clients like Saks 5th Avenue and Birds of a Feather.
