Introduction: Attention to detail. Each personal training session is geared towards the client with his or her specific goals and attributes in mind. I keep a detailed log of every session the client goes through and then e-mail it to him or her so they have a record of each session and can see how I am formulating their program. In addition, I offer on-going nutritional advice and review client's food logs to ensure they are adhering to a proper eating schedule. I also compose music play lists for each client so they can enjoy their favorite music while training. The entire process is very individual-specific. The thing I like most about my job is seeing my clients make progress whether it is someone who has lost 20 pounds in preparation for their daughter's wedding or the female client who has conquered her first un-assisted pull-ups. I empower people to overcome adversity and continually challenge themselves. This is probably one of the most rewarding occupations in existence.
