I tailor each program to suit the individual goals and current fitness levels of my clients. I offer tailored Exercise Programming, Nutrition Coaching, and Virtual Personal Training. I have a B.S. in Kinesiology and I'm an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.

In addition to providing top of the line workouts that are tailored to my specific needs, she has provided me with guidance in areas of nutrition, lifestyle, and general wellness. Katie is passionate about what she does but even more so about the people who she works with. I've worked with Katie since last August. I've loved the experience & have seen great results so far! Katie is not only super knowledgeable about workout techniques, equipment, and all things fitness-related, but she's also really helpful on the nutrition and overall health and well being side of things. Her workouts are never boring. I really enjoy being able to fully focus on my workout since I know Katie will bring the knowledge about how many reps I should be doing, what equipment I should be using, and the proper technique. It really takes the stress out of working out for me. She's really flexible and responsive when setting schedules, and payment is super easy since I'm able to pay via an app on my phone. Overall I highly recommend Katie if you're looking for someone who has the proper knowledge and background that you need to meet your goals, but also delivers it in a fun way that makes working out something to look forward to instead of something to avoid/dread.

Katie is an AWESOME trainer! *She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to growing in her field. She has a wide range of experience with different health and wellness issues and she's been very eager to share information that she feels will be beneficial in my overall well-being. *She is not only concerned about your physical health. Rather she understands and will encourage you to acknowledge that mental health plays a large roll in physical healing. She genuinely wants you to succeed in being a healthy person. She has perfected the art of being compassionate and understanding yet pushing you to be stronger and healthier! *I am a mom of three boys, under 3, and Katie is extremely understanding and flexible with scheduling sessions. *One of the main reasons why I hired Katie and enjoy working with her so much is because I genuinely feel as though she cares for me as a person! I have never felt judged or looked down on when I share struggles with her. She's been a huge source of encouragement for me on this journey. I HIGHLY recommend Katie! Seriously... She's the BEST!

Katie is an AWESOME trainer!! She was my first experience with a personal trainer and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She really made personal training personal. She helped me understand what being healthy and fit really means and guided me on how to eat healthier. She was realistic with temptations in life and how a busy schedule can interfere with eating healthy/working out. She helped me push through those situations whether it was suggestions on what to eat at a restaurant or reminding me that one bad day didn't take away all the hard work I had done. Katie makes working out fun and is dedicated to helping you every step of the way. She helps you with your weekly workouts and provides support throughout each week. Katie really is a positive person to be around and makes you feel like you can accomplish your goals, whatever they may be. HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!!
