FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand not everyone have the same resources or can commit to a set schedule, times and duration, and so my prices vary based on your needs, but as a rule the more often you can commit the better price you will get. I have access to a gym in Old Town Scottsdale where my clients come, but I'm also available to travel to you within 10 miles for an extra $5 travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we sit down to talk so I can learn about your exercise & nutrition history, any injuries and/or limitations you may have, availability, and what your goals & expectations are. Based on this information I tailor make personal plans based on your needs. For the first training session I do assessments to see movement patters and where your physical level is at. With this knowledge I know how to better move forward and adjust the training and plans accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing personal training early 2013. Certifications include: * ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer * ISSA Specialist in Fitness Nutrition * ISSA Corrective Exercise Specialist * Crossfit L1 certificate * DWS Fitness Prenatal & Postpartum certificate (in association with ISSA) * Bodyhacks by Smashwerx * Fitness Foundation corse from the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences I started doing bodybuilding competitions in 2014 and have been a member of the IFBB Professional League since 2017. I specialize in strength & conditioning, weight training, bodybuilding, (sports) nutrition & diet planning, assessments & program design, pre-post natal exercise, group fitness, corrective exercise, functional training, metabolic training, and I’m an advocate for wholistic health & wellness.
