Welcome to Grant’s Virtual Gym, where fitness is more than just a workout—it’s a lifestyle transformation. I’m from originally from Dallas, Texas & currently live In Scottsdale, Arizona.
My name is Demaurea Grant, but everyone calls me Grant. I am a Master Trainer & Weight Loss Coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. My journey began in August 2014, when I started helping friends achieve their weight loss goals. Their transformations and success stories fueled my passion, leading me to pursue a full-time career in personal training.
Over the years, I have worked with thousands of clients from all walks of life, including members of the military (Army & Marines), senior citizens, and youth athletes. I’ve trained at some of the largest gym franchises, including 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, and YouFit, but quickly realized that many traditional gyms were overpriced and lacked the personalized support that clients truly needed.
This realization led me to open Grant’s Gym, a safe and welcoming space for individuals of all fitness levels. For 10 years, my gym became a hub for transformation, community, and success. In August 2024, I made the decision to close the doors and take my mission global—traveling the world to study fitness, nutrition, and weight loss habits from different cultures.
Now, through Grant’s Virtual Gym, I offer personalized coaching to clients worldwide, bringing a proven approach to weight loss and fitness. My signature style “The Grant Method” has been tested and repeated hundreds of times with a 100% success rate, helping individuals achieve sustainable weight loss and improved overall health.
