- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my training sessions are 1 hour long and can be purchased individually or as part of a package. New clients receive 50% off their first package. For the best deal and value, I always recommend the package system—you’ll save more compared to booking single sessions. You can also conveniently self-book your sessions through our Self Booking System at any time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you purchase a package, your first session will be a free 30-minute introductory session. During this session, we will: • Complete and review a PAR-Q to get an updated overview of your health. • Discuss your goals and the standards we’ll set to help you reach them. • Answer any questions or concerns you may have before starting. After the intro session, we’ll begin your package and all future sessions will be scheduled through our Self Service Booking System for your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and weight loss specialist. During that time, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from beginners just starting their journey to athletes looking to improve performance. My approach combines structured workouts, customized nutrition guidance, and accountability systems to help clients not only reach their goals but maintain them long-term. I focus on making fitness practical, sustainable, and tailored to your lifestyle.
