I’m Meghan, an online fitness coach that is very passionate about pouring my whole heart into my clients. Through my heart-led coaching I help them lose 10-20 lbs while being fully present in their lives, whether that be motherhood, fatherhood, or their dedicated career! For me, the end result of coaching is so much more than a physique goal - coaching improves your mental wellbeing so you can pour yourself into your loved ones! As an opera singer, NPC bodybuilding competitor, and new mom, I’ve learned so much about hustling, time management, and putting your health at the forefront of a very busy life!
