Rebecca is a phenomenal personal trainer. It was one of the best choices I made to get a personal trainer for my weight loss and body transformation. I am glad I found Rebecca for my goals. She is meticulously sincere to help you, not only with the training activities but also to educate you, to know what each action and training is meant for. I really enjoyed my sessions with her. She was always there at the gym 5 mins earlier and has never missed a session. It helped me to stay with the routine and follow the training plan. I loved the way she challenged me on weight training, which I never believed in myself. If I didn’t find her, I might still be doing the same weight range. Her approach on increasing the weight based on the learners’ performance is the best confidence any trainer can provide. I am excited about my body transformation, which is the first time in my life, I saw those changes. I would highly recommend Rebecca for personal training coach to anyone.

This pandemic has left me out of shape and simply unmotivated when it comes to focusing on my health. Rebecca has pushed me to challenge myself not only physically but mentally as well! She helps me understand each and every movement and exactly what it is targeting and she specifically modified a program that is manageable for my fitness level. She keeps me accountable with my nutritional goals and it has helped me so much! Of course everyone wants to notice a difference physically, but Rebecca has helped me shift my mentality around health and fitness in such a positive way that it’s helped me transition my fitness journey into something that is sustainable!

I have truly loved training with Rebecca! She takes a holistic approach, really listens and individualizes the training, and respects boundaries (e.g. talking about weight and aesthetics or not). I genuinely look forward to my sessions and feel that I get a ton of value for my money. I've also appreciated during COVID that she has been open to remote sessions! I would recommend Rebecca to anyone I know who wants to work on their fitness, whether they're a beginner or further along. I can tell in just 2 months that I am stronger and feel more fit and comfortable in my body.
