- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a consultation with the client. We identify the specifics of what they are looking to uncover. An action plan is then developed. I work with all clients after obtaining a signed Professional Service Agreement (PSA) and an associated Addendum describing the work. Prior to the start of any work a retainer must be received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Southwest Group investigators are continually attending professional development and training events.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Lately, the majority of service requests have been for surveillance. The primary reason is suspected infidelity. There are many requests for information and backgrounds of persons and businesses.
