- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon your first call or inquiry, we will have you fill out a in-take survey, which we will use to gather information about your property and what you are looking for. Then we will set up a call at a time convenient for you to go over your needs and wants for management and answer any questions you have. After our phone call we will set up a time to meet at your property to walk through and answer any additional questions you may have. Then we on-board you and your property. You will complete an information set up sheet, and then we handle the rest of on-boarding your property. On-boarding is a 25-step internal process that we do as a team to prepare your property for renting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my real estate license currently in Arizona and California. I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. I then branched out to vacation rentals. It was pertinent to understand real estate and have a foundation first to be able to understand how to take care of properties especially when any issues arise.
