- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is entirely based on the particular scope of work to be done and the time and commitment of our team. All pricing is to be determined based on each individual project’s task list and difficulty.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both my wife and I grew up in construction families. I started working for my father’s metal building company when I was 17 and have worked in all fields of construction over the last 16 years. We both also worked in hospitality as second jobs for over 10 years each. We recently purchased our first Airbnb and have had a wild amount of success, so we want to use the knowledge we’ve gained combined with the experience we have on both the construction side as well as the hospitality end to potentially provide a business for our clients. If not, we can still tackle any task thrown at us by a homeowner.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners that want or need basic upgrades and repairs as well as clients who want to build/add to their existing homes. Ranging anywhere from basic maintenance or minor repairs to full gutting of a home and rebuilding from the floor up. Our clientele are a wide variety of people with different needs, and we’ve yet to find one we couldn’t help.
