The Scottsdale Studio of Music offers a fun music learning environment to students of any age and level!
Choose the instrument that is right for you: piano, voice, guitar, flute, oboe, violin, viola, or cello and learn at your own pace from one of our teachers who will tailor their teaching methods to your learning style. Weekly private lessons have the following options: 30 min ($30/week), 45 min ($45/week) or 60 min ($60/week).
Music lessons at The Scottsdale Studio of Music help students to develop their musical talent in a relaxed and friendly setting, yet have full confidence in receiving a well-rounded music foundation.
Research proves that music learning highly improves brain function and other areas of study. Adults and children of all ages can benefit from music lessons.

My daughter has taken lessons with Julie Ann for four years. Julie Ann develops an individual program for each person, that leads to rapid improvement, while having fun. Julie Ann fosters a passion for music among her students, with both individual and duet performance opportunities. She teaches all ages and has a gift of motivating the younger students to love the instrument and build confidence in themselves. I recommend her to anyone wishing to learn piano.

My girls have been lessons at Scottsdale Studio of Music for a year now. They had taken lessons at another place prior to this and they love it at Scottsdale Studio. The environment is open and friendly. The teachers are great and go at the pace of the students. The recitals are small and fun so not intimidating to the students and there are plenty of opportunities to perform. It's a great place to take music lessons and Julie Ann is a great teacher!

My daughter's have been taking piano at the Scottsdale Studio of Music for over three years. They have learned so much. Julie Ann really engages the children working with each personality. She also provides many opportunities for the children to participate in a variety of performances throughout the year. Our family is very lucky to have found The Scottsdale Studio of Music and we highly recommend them.

Julie Ann offers a wonderful atmosphere to learn to play piano. She is kind and supportive. My children have played with her for several years and we are very happy.

My 8 year old daughter started piano lessons at age 5. I wanted her to enjoy learning and not view it as work. Julie Ann is such a great instructor she was able to read my daughters personality and, in turn, tailor her teaching to my daughters natural pace. She doesn't push or force students to perform -- she engages them and makes them feel confident in their learning. Julie Ann keeps us informed on progress, learning strategies and helps us understand how to help our daughter continue learning during home practice times. I reccommend Scottsdale Studio of Music to students of all ages who are interested in learning an instrument.
