Dan is very knowledgeable and professional. He repaired my water softener which was still working fine. I am grateful for his experience because I received a wrong diagnostic by some previous company who wanted to change my entire water softener system. He also took the time to change my reverse osmosis system and all necessary fittings that go with it. Dan is very thorough in his work and I am very happy with his service and will gladly refer him for more business.

I contacted Stasis LLC to repair the brine tank in our water softener system. He responded immediately and came to conduct the repair the next day. Dan found that in fact the leak we have was not from our brine tank and recommended a plumber. I committed to a certain payment but Dan would not accept the full payment and only charged a very reduced fee. He has certainly earned the many 5 star reviews you see here. Thank you Dan. 7/21 - Technician was friendly enough but it was clear he (or the company in general) did not have the knowledge to repair my brand of water softener. After five minutes of pushing buttons he said it needed to be replaced for $2,000! I said no way and called another company with a more expensive service call fee that was able to repair this specific brand - for $230. Unfortunately I still had to pay the first service call fee too of $39. 7/27 - as a follow up here I need to say that I was called by the Manager (Mike) after my original post. Mike was very professional in wanting to understand what happened with my project (see above), and explained that there are certain proprietary models of water softeners that they do not repair - mine was one of those. He stated that I should have been told this at the outset and has cordially refunded my $39. paid for the service call. I appreciate the professional service on that - thank you!
