Introduction: A lot of IT guys out there have flashy certifications or education. Some others are very bright but lack people skills and humility. I believe I set myself apart by providing a mix of certifications (A+, Net+, MCP and soon CCNA), education (AA & BS) and skills to get the job done right, with people skills and humility to go with it! I have always been a problem solver and I've also always enjoyed challenges and overcoming obstacles. One thing is certain about IT, it is full of problems and challenges. Technology is so vast and complicated nowadays but it is also so valuable. I welcome the challenges because it makes success that much sweeter. I love learning new things and do well at coming up with efficient solutions.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There's a lot of crummy IT guys out there so be very wary. Some types think that installing a wireless router and a printer driver means they can do anything on computers. Others have great certifications/education but really don't have the experience necessary to know how to solve a real life problem. Still others can do a good job but are jerks to work with or can't communicate with their clients very well.
