I started corresponding with Carlyn almost two years ago, I live in Germany part time and am getting married in Phoenix of all places. As you can imagine, the thought of planning my wedding from abroad was overwhelming and stressful. Carlyn made it easy and fun. Carlyn and I corresponded over email for months, we uploaded Pinterest photos, she sent me countless ideas and helped me create my dream wedding. Carlyn is someone who cares deeply for everyone she works with and will go above and beyond in anything and everything she does. Carlyn started off as my wedding planner, but very quickly became part of my family, she has such a big heart, she is so talented and has a vision far beyond what you can see. I secretly call her my energizer bunny because she never stops. Carlyn, you are wonderful and am so thankful to call you my Arizona family!

We hired Carlyn as our florist and day-of coordinator for our March 14th wedding. Best decision ever! Carlyn was attentive and easy to coordinate with. She responded quickly to emails and calls and worked with our schedules for meeting to discuss details. We didnt have a full color scheme when we started, which could have been frustrating for a florist. But Carlyn was so patient and found the most beautiful colors to pull everything together. She knew our budget and was straightforward about what we could do for that amount. We prioritized bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements, as well as the flowers we wanted, which was really helpful. Day-of was incredible. We didnt have to worry about a thing! When she dropped off the bridal party bouquets we couldnt believe how pretty they were. When we arrived at the venue and saw the centerpieces and overall setup we were blown away. It was exactly as I had pictured it even better. We couldnt believe it. We have received so many compliments for the outstanding job she did. Carlyn is one of the most passionate people I have ever met. She takes so much pride in her work and its incredibly important to her to make her clients happy. We couldnt have asked for a better experience before, during, or after our big day. Thank you Carlyn! We couldnt have done it without you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with each client individually as Floral selections and design are very specific to each person I work with. I also discuss budget so that I am sure to do my best to stay within the parameters set for me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First to chat via text or phone so I can get to know what they are looking for. Next we arrange to meet in my Studio to share ideas! I do my best to educate my clients about flowers as many are not familiar with all of the varieties. Once I get to know the client a bit it allows me to design a look just for them!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in fine arts and am an interior designer and previous owner of an event rental company. All of this experience helps me to create not only beautiful floral designs but decor as well!
