🕉Hello my name is Amy. I’m originally from Lincoln NE, but fell in love with the Valley years ago. I didn’t actually make the leap to move here permanently until a year ago. However I’ve had a place for a few years. I have 2 adult children and 2 granddaughters 2 and 4 years old. I am a certified yoga instructor focusing mainly on restorative and yin styles for more stretching and healing. I’ve been instructing for 5 plus years. I remember when I first started yoga and having the feeling of “I can’t do this”. Everyone can do yoga. It’s a lifestyle. It has nothing to do with flexibility.
