This is definitely the best computer experience I have ever encountered. I had a $1500 laptop that had a BIOS password that no longer worked. I went to eight computer repair shops and three repair shops told me that it would be cheaper to get a new system. The other five said that the mother board is defective and parts were not available for it. USEZTECH came to the rescue and was able to remove the mother board and replaced defective part. Although they warned me about taking longer than expected because the part had to be ordered from an overseas vender, it was definitely worth the wait considering that the laptop has been out of service for seven months. I was even able to track the progress of the work on their website by putting in my phone number and they even posted pictures of the BIOS chip repair under the mother board section of the home page. I am not aware of any other shop being so transparent. If they continue to give this kind of service, I will remain a lifelong customer.
David does amazing work. We have two older computers that needed updating which David did for us with great suggestions and professionalism. I won't hesitate to have David work for me again, especially when I am ready to purchase a new computer. He has promised to guide me in making the best purchase for my needs. If I could give him a "10", I would.
Had a very successful visit from Walter, and found him to be efficient and a real pro and he handled all the problems with both my computers very quickly and timely. I highly recommend Walter and Atek Computer Repair. You will be very pleased.
My computer is working again! I would recommend this company.
August 2010-William helped me set up a wireless network. He also at another date helped me get my computer running again by fixing software issues and making sure I understood which variations and versions of software were compatible. July 2012- William helped me understand the inner workings of virtual private networks. After explaining the usefulness he helped me pick what I needed to fit my needs.
Mark came recommended by a friend, I believe his former manager, for my custom database. I own a small business and at the core of my intellectual property is a mission-critical database. It was getting hard to run my 14 year old Paradox database on newer Windows operating systems. It was time to upgrade but the complexity of my choices and the associated tasks overwhelmed me. Then I met Mark and everything became easy. I told him exactly what I wanted. I wanted a new Access database that functioned exactly like my old Paradox database. From our first meeting, I felt confident in him. Two months later and a handful of internet join me sessions, when I gave him feedback on his in-process creations, Mark delivered a fantastic new database that does exactly what I want. That was a year ago. Ive used the Access database Mark created for me almost every day since then. I am thoroughly happy. And I know if I want to make changes, Mark is here to do that. My database is multi-relational - Mark had to manually build the relationships between the different sets of data. And it is a specialized application that gives me dynamic query capabilities, self-maintenance and network capabilities. Its designed to integrate with MS Office for extra report functions. Mark was great to work with in every way. He communicates clearly, delivers on time, is patient with a tech-novice, his price seems reasonable and he built me a great custom database.
I had just been approved for Comcast Internet Essentials program because I am on Section 8 and disabled. I wanted to read hook up my old 2001 iMac. The Xfinity check came over and try to install it but it was too old it would not work. I looked up some packing and Jonathan give me a quote he came over at no charge he checked out my machine and said it would cost a lot of money to make that one work. A friend of mine offered me her later model IBM ThinkPad and sold it to me very inexpensively. Jonathan Brown told me when I called him back that he would be over that night you had my system up and running in an hour showed me some very basic things to know about it and how to operate it he install the difference system that wasn't there the one that was on it and$30 he only charged me $30. And he said that would be the charge for our if I needed him to return but I can get free assistance by phone and he would walk me through any problems I am extremely satisfied with his health his expertise and helpful suggestions so I'd recommend Jonathan Brown to anyone with a home computer problem. I am a very happy customer. Terrence chap
