Great work by Jordan. Very interactive, listened and understood the details of what I wanted. Asked me questions during the work just to "make sure" and offered suggestions as needed. It was tough work (took 2 days) but he ground it out. I will ask Simba to come out again when my floor is done so they can install my vanity and toilet (since I'm nursing a bad shoulder).

I truly appreciate this company for their business ethics! We have old toilets. And we did not realize or know exactly how bad they were. Our master bathroom toilet was not flushing right and seemed to continue to run. We scheduled an appointment with Simba team, and they were very professional, and made some suggestions to try to get the problem fixed, but only after my husband had replaced a part. I really appreciate the fact that the representative was transparent about the repairs and that the toilets may need to be replaced. I’m looking forward to having these guys back out to put in our toilets when they arrive!

Water heater died and Simba showed up same day with a plan to repair or replace. Went through the options with no pressure and walked me through pros/cons. Water heater was replaced next day. No surprises on pricing. Removed and hauled the old heater. The new heater is working great! No issues. Great price and all work done without any issues.
