Earlier this year we had a new Lennox A/C Unit installed by Pro Solutions Air. We have been so impressed with the high quality of every singlephase that we've experienced from everyone at Pro Solutions Air, from the very first contact with Rueben, to the office staff, to the servicemen. Afew ago days our a/c was having an issue so we called Pro Solutions Air and spoke with Rueben, who is always professional. Right away he dispatched one of the servicemen "Jordan" to our home. Right off I could see a clean van pull up with no cups or wrappers all over the dashboard like I see in other service trucks around the valley. First impressions like that mean allot to me due to the impression of cleanliness that speaks volumes. Jordan was in clean and neat work cloths, a mask and gloves. He was conscience of maintaining a continual social distancing that is so important these days. Jordan spoke to us in a courteous and obliging manner. Within a minute or two he was up on the roof working. Within another minute or two he was back in our living room showing us the pictures he'd taken of the a/c issue. Jordan made sure that we had an alternate mode of cooling to keep us comfortable while he got the parts to our home. He was friendly, clean and approachable from the time he arrived to the time he finished his work. he never left any mess behind the way I've seen other workers do in other companies. The work ethic and the values I've see in every single employee at Pro Solutions Air is just unprecedented in the times we live in. It takes me back to the days when my father taught me "Our work is our signature" and that's been what I've seen with every single experience we've had with Pro Solutions Air. It's not just a generational thing either, these guys are all young, very strong, highly intelligent and respectable. Before I retired I was a Field Superintendent with a large company. I found about one out of every 35 men I hired had this type of work ethic. It's a rarity these days and I think I'll continue the working relationship with Pro Solutions Air. Great honest company. Utilized them for 4 years so far and several issues on an aging unit and now installing a new unit. Worked with several techs from Jordan,Will, Brandon and Ruben. Obviously this company is operated by greatness by association as never had any issues with a considerable amount of dealings through the years most after hours even top notch customer service. I am a stiffler for communication and promptness especially when under stressful situations and the whole team was and will be prompt, respectful and provide worldclass service. I don't want to be using them moving forward because I have to for new unit warranty I'm using them because I WANT TO.!!

My AC installation was scheduled for Monday July 31, 2023 between 10am and 12pm. After 1pm I contacted them to see how late they were running. No response. An hour or so later they contacted me to say that they would not be able to do the install on Monday and would need to reschedule for Wednesday. I said what about Tuesday and I was told they have other customers scheduled for that day. For Wednesday I was told my scheduled window would be between 12pm and 2pm. Because of Mondays scheduling mishap I called on Wednesday morning to confirm. Because I was working with my home warranty company I had them call Pro Solutions Air Wednesday morning to confirm my appointment for later that day. I received a call shortly after from Ruben saying that we could get you in on Thursday morning. WHAT?? REALLY?? At that point it had been approximately 1 month that my air had been out in record Arizona temps of 110 plus and I was ready to lose my mind! Ruben acted like we never had the conversation of my scheduled time even though it was on a recorded line with my home warranty company. No apology from Ruben at all! Needless to say they rescheduled for the following day on Thursday and they did show up. Horrible customer service! I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. The owner needs to get his facts straight from his employees. He needs to put on his listening ears and listen to what the customer has to say instead of believing what his employees are saying. FACT: On Friday July 21st Madina at One Guard HW contacted Ruben to let him know that we had 2 AC units and confirmed make, model etc. if the air handler. We spent over 1 hr on the phone with Madina and Ruben verifying this information. My other half even climbed in the attic and took photos of the air handler and texted to Ruben. Yesterday I received this threatening text from the owner of the company and I quote If they are not updated or removed I will file suite over matter. Allow this to be the warning. The warning/threat is in regards to money I still feel we are owed and wish to no longer pursue due to numerous reasons.

Patrick, First I would like to apologize to any delays that were in scheduling, your condenser replacement was scheduled for the 7/31 only to find out that it was not known if it was a match for the existing Air Handler being it was an old R-22 system. The Warranty company as we tried to look into this with them for records from past services they did, but they had no clue on any information of what they had replaced with your air handler the prior yr. Unfortunately we were very busy, given changes of condenser rather then a compressor and had 4 /5 days between when we received equipment to install date and yes, at the last minute office (Ruben) called to cancel your condenser replacement in order to make sure and verify everything would match. Your frustration kicked in and you became rude to Ruben, and Ruben tried to explain things, the why, and tried to reschedule with you and in doing so misspoke on date which he did clarify as you hung up on him. The Tuesday Home Warranty called to verify your install for Wednesday, it was again mentioned the mistake / misspoke schedule for Wednesday, it was to be Thursday and was done on this day with no further issues. Now just as everyone is stressing and frustrated with the extreme heat, we are as well, stressed, frustrated are human and make mistakes too...We have apologized but have also a responsibility to make sure everything is right to do the job. It is not just an easy task of plug in and go. Now on your home you have 2 systems, plus port a units that were paid for by the home warranty for your use and also you stayed at you stay cation which the home warranty also paid you for your stay there. This is far better then many are to have under such extreme conditions. Your reference that we charged you $1300.00 and that $850.00 should have been covered by your home warranty...Well your home warranty is the one who dictates your coverages of non covered costs, not us. We give our fees to the home warranty on what it would take to do the task, they get with you on what is covered and not covered under your contract, you then have to authorize to move forward or seek to not move forward. We collected what they said was to be collected form the customer for non covered costs. Your issue would be with them. Not Pro Solutions Air. Now I reached out to your Home Warranty for the break down.. We charged you $1119.00 + $44.76 Credit Card fee totaling $1163.76 on a Sunday when your Home Warranty was not open. Ultimately your Compressor went out and needed to be replaced, your home warranty offered to replace the condenser at last minute on like the 19th of July. With this you had an out of pocket of $2000.00 which the home warranty credited the $1163.76 with a balance of $836.24 which with the delays also covered this fee as well bringing your total of out of pocket to $0 So your system is replaced outside, to match the indoor air handler that was installed last yr with a matching TXV. This cost you $0 out of pocket as it was all covered by the home warranty. The inconvenience of coordination and done right is all that cost you. Your only issue was a rescheduling and a mis spoke by Pro Solutions Air. It is more a sad reality that you feel owed when you had to pay nothing ! Then for you to rant publicly as if we caused you harm, but we only tried to help you as we did by the end. With this it is in your best interest to correct your statement to reflect the reality of events, versus making us look like crooks! Please update! I found ProSolutions Air years ago and have stayed with them ever since. Ive recently needed some maintenance work done on my AC unit and was reminded again of how great they are. They are honest and do incredible work. In fact, theyre so confident about their products and quality, they give an amazing warranty. They really stand out because of their competitivepricing and warranties. And their honesty. They actually talked me out of a new AC unit, telling me my old one had more life in it. And they were right. It lasted 8 more years!! Theyre a small company with loyal employees so you can also sort of develop a rapport with your technician. Brandon takes care of me and I highly recommend him! He is wonderful about explaining things clearly and patiently. I love having a company/technician I feel comfortable letting in to work without having to be home. If youre in the market for an AC company, look into these guys. Check out reviews, their BBB rating, and get a quote to see for yourself why they are so great!! Give them a chance to keep you cool and you wont ever look back!
