David B. says, "When you make an appointment show up and don’t let your customer waste 8 to 10 hours of the day waiting for you ================================= AFTER I WAS NO SHOWED BY THOMAS HOME SERVICES I WAS CONTACTED BY THEIR SERVICE MANAGER TO SEE IF WE COULD RESOLVE MY PROBLEM & THEIR SERVICE MIS SHOW WITH ME. I CONTACTED THEM AND THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS VERY APOLOGIETIC AND EMPATHIC TO MY SITUATION AND AGREED TO ALLOW ME TO DROP THE MICROWAVE OFF AT THEIR DISPATCH AREA & SHOP JUST UP THE BLOCK FROM ME. So, I swung by the shop I want to say Monday to drop it off and met with the team and the service manager. They/He was very responsive, professional and engaging and VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. I met some of the team while I was there and was impressed with their operation. I also left the machine there. Got a call a few days later giving me the good news and the not so good news. They were able to replace the fuse to get the machine to power on however could not get it to operate and they could not figure out why. So we agreed to let the machine die a dignified death & part it out. He did not charge me for the furse or labor WHICH WAS VERY GENERAOUS OF THE SERVICE MANGER whose name I believe was Gary. Again, a very professional, responsive, caring and engaging professional along with all of their team. I just have positive things to say about this vendor and team and would TWO THUMBS UP others to bring their business to them for they are very professional, fair, consistent and TRULY CARE about the image and reputation in the community. I had reached out to get quotes for a fairly simple garbage disposal replacement (i had already bought the new disposal and just needed my old one swapped out) and an anode rod replacement for my hot water heater. I had originally received a quote from my usual HVAC and Plumbing company that I felt was outrageous for just the install portion as again, I had aleady purchased the parts. Judai Brothers reached out, offered a very reasonable price and was able to get me in very quickly. They were efficient, professional, and gave fair pricing and even answered some other questions I had regarding another project my HVAC/Plumbing company said I had needed done (surprise, I did not!). I'll keep them in mind for future plumbing projects for sure.
