- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give all my pricing up front before the work is started. This means that there are no surprises or hidden fees added on at the end! I guarantee all my work for a year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will try to understand your issue, educate you on what is wrong and why, and give you options for a repair so you can decide the best path forward that fits your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started plumbing in 2011 and went through the Minneapolis Plumbers Union apprenticeship program (5 year plumbing school) while working full time as an apprentice. I was trained by a master plumber who had been plumbing for 40+ years. I also did plumbing on the military base in Norfolk Virginia before finally moving to Arizona in 2017. Arizona is now my home and I look forward to servicing residents of the valley.
