Ryan, the owner of King Charles Plumbing, arrived when he said he would, corrected my issue, and check for leaks after the work was completed. My second issue, an on-demand hot water heater needing the inline screen removed and cleaned, a 15 min job, Other plumbers couldn't be bothered and gave the excuse they only work on gas heaters. Ryan familiarized himself with my model and completed the job. He was neat, professional, and respectful of my home. I plan on replacing my kitchen facet in the near future, King Charles Plumbing is my go-to plumber from now on.

We've had Ryan with King Charles over twice to do plumbing work for us. The first visit he replaced our hot water heater. The second visit we had him install faucets in 3 sink. He was professional through the whole process both visits. Excellent communication, competitive rate, and an outstanding installs. We were so impressed that we plan on having Ryan do the work on a larger plumbing job we have coming up.

We busted our kitchen sink valves off trying to remove cabinets. Ryan was quick to respond and came out to take a look within the hour. After some thought we figured we would try to fix it ourselves. Nope, that did not work out. We had to call a day or so later and once again Ryan came out so quickly. He saved our weekend project and we literally couldn't do it without him. Kind, courteous, and the lowest quotes out of several. Can't beat that!

I give all my pricing up front before the work is started. This means that there are no surprises or hidden fees added on at the end! I guarantee all my work for a year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will try to understand your issue, educate you on what is wrong and why, and give you options for a repair so you can decide the best path forward that fits your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started plumbing in 2011 and went through the Minneapolis Plumbers Union apprenticeship program (5 year plumbing school) while working full time as an apprentice. I was trained by a master plumber who had been plumbing for 40+ years. I also did plumbing on the military base in Norfolk Virginia before finally moving to Arizona in 2017. Arizona is now my home and I look forward to servicing residents of the valley.
