We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. • Appliance service call (diagnostic): $39 • TV mounting (up to 75”): $99 • Most appliance installations: $80 • General handyman work starts at $49/hour Larger or custom projects are quoted at a flat rate before work begins. Some projects may require a deposit to secure scheduling. We focus on fair pricing, clear communication, and quality workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand the issue and confirm details. For repairs, we perform a service call and diagnose the problem before recommending solutions. For installations or larger projects, we provide a clear written estimate before beginning work. Communication and cleanliness are priorities from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years of hands-on facility and equipment experience. I spent 12 years managing large restaurant operations where I regularly handled commercial equipment troubleshooting. I later worked as a Property Manager, expanding my expertise in plumbing, electrical, painting, and maintenance. I now specialize in residential repairs, appliance service, and commercial facility support.
