I am SOOOOO happy that I found Smart Tech! Choosing a small business always carries uncertainty with it. After meeting Robert and chatting for a few minutes, my uncertainty was gone. He is extremely professional and really knows what he is doing. He installed 4 outdoor cameras, 1 indoor camera and a new doorbell. Everything is neatly installed with no visible wiring. He was super patient, making sure the cameras were set at just the right angle, even though it meant multiple trips up and down the ladder, in and out of the house. When I discovered a problem with the indoor camera after he left, he immediately called me and tried to correct the issue over the phone. When that didn't work, he came back the very next day and stayed for over an hour until it was working correctly. I feel confident that he will continue to be available and will stand behind the products he installed and the service he provided. most guys avoid giving a quote but not not here, Robert stayed close to the quote and and he completed the work in a timely manner. I was throughly impressed with his his knowledge , his recommendations are spot on for what I need. There's more work to be done and this guy gets an A plus plus from me.
