- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the only standard price that my business has is a $50 minimum which I impose on all customers basically if I have to come to your home or place of business to do work ,regardless of how little or how much work there is to do everything starts at $50 and we work our way from there I don't charge per hour I charge for the job. I'm very flexible and reasonable with the prices I charge so both of us can get a fair price for the work that's being done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well like most new processes I analyze the situation, I talk to the person to get to know them a little, undestand there taste in what it is they like, I try and visualize the vision that they see to better understand and better help them in their project, in most cases the new customer doesn't really have much of a vision so basically that's what they got me there for, you know they just kind of Have ideas of what they like, but dont know how to go about incorperating all the possible varieties of ideas that go into creating a great project, that's where my creativity, experience and knowledge of the business comes into play
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all the basics got a high school education you know and other than that I mean I have over 10 years experience in Landscaping gardening irrigation hardscape Ect. most importantly I believe the best training a person in this line of work can receive would be that of having the passion and creative mind of enjoying the work they do and providing the services they do which I have plenty of to me this is not just a job. It's my career. I plan on building an empire on the knowledge that I have of this business
