Jenn has been my trainer for about 15 years. I have followed her across several gyms so I could keep working with her. Extending now to virtual sessions in her home gym when she is out of state. She is an outstanding trainer and nutritional coach. She designs interesting work outs very specifically geared to my needs as they’ve changed over time. She has never missed a single session, is incredibly professional and personable. She’s a great role model for health and fitness. I highly recommend her for the full spectrum of athletes to those who just want to be more flexible and stronger. She’s the best!

I started my nutrition and training journey with Jenn 3 years ago. Jenn is amazing! Jenn is knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition. She specializes in gut and hormone health. Jenn is realistic and straightforward with her knowledge and information to support her clients. I have done 1:1 training with Jenn and I am grateful to her. When gyms were closed due to Covid, she was able to help me achieve my goals without the gym. Jenn has also given me valuable advice about nutrition. I love that it’s not about restrictive dieting but a healthy mindset with food. You shouldn’t feel guilty when you have the cinnamon roll or that big juicy burger. Working with her has been educational and fun. Overall my experience with Jenn has been great! I have never felt better with the changes I have made. Jenn has a passion to help people achieve their nutritional and training goals.I’d fully recommend her to anyone looking for a lifestyle change.

Jenn is someone who is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and what it needs during all phases of a bodies cycle. Whether your still having a period or not, she knows how to make a body healthier and work with you instead of against you. Her workouts help target the spots that I needed the most help with. And succeed!! She is so awesome to work with and cares about you as a person!
