I am a A.C.S.M. certified personal trainer WITH NEARLY 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in the field of exercise science and sports nutrition. Over the years I have gained a tremendous amount of exposure working with varying types of clients: corrective post-surgery clients, functional training, obese, MS, diabetics, bodybuilders, older population, arthritic, fitness competitors, to athletes training for a particular sport (sports specificity training) I feel very confident in my ability to transform any individual - fitness and nutrition novice or athlete - in to a healthier you. Below are the prices and session options [prices before tax] : Zoom online training: $45/single session $40/(10 sessions) 1 on 1 personal training: 30min: $30/session (package of 10) $26/session (package of 20) 50min: $60/session (package of 10) $55/session (package of 20) *Couples training also available ______________________________________ *Nutritional Guidance: $75/session *Meditative practices: $60/session - sessions consist of focus on pranayama (yogic) breathing techniques. Dan was an amazing trainer. I am 65 and wanted to get into the best shape of my life. He got me started on that journey with patience and determination and a focus on connecting mind and muscles for prefect isolation. My body and strength changed and transformed over the 3 months i got to work with him. He made an unforgettable impact in my life and body. I am sad he is leaving for Arizona.

I have worked out with Dan for about five months, and he took the time on our first session to understands my physical needs, habits and routine, so he could create a customized program which he has made changes according to my improvements what has been huge for me! In my case, my pelvis had been fractured badly and have focus or obsession with “no pain no gain” does not work at all, so Dan has taught me to exercise respecting my body limits. He has the knowledge, and he is very attentive, even on little movements or lifts perform, so he is always able to correct a wrong movement and prevent injuries. He is very professional and has always been punctual and communicative for our sessions; also, he explains and ensure all my concerns and questions, and he has helped with my lifestyle what made me increase water and reduce coffee drastically : -0 I would definitely recommend him and do what he says because you will improve, without doubts, the health your body!

I started working with Dan after I could not get rid of 20 pounds that I had gained. For a year, I tried everything but could not lose a pound on my own. I was pretty frustrated by time I started working with Dan. I was comforted pretty fast by the fact that he is well educated and clearly articulates the process to his clients. Dan will ease you into an individualized program which yields more sustainable results. He focuses on nutrition, mechanics, and strength training. Dan is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. I have worked in gyms and with many personal trainers over the years, but never got the promised results. Since working with Dan I have lost the 20 pounds, learned so much about fitness, and feel better about myself. This has become an important part of my lifestyle and self care. I strongly recommend Trainer Dan.
