- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With new customers I offer 5%-7% off right away if they choose to book repair. For first responders, military or anyone who works in any trade I offer 150$ rebates on pumps, filters, motors and 5% off the entire bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers I will ask for pictures if I am not on the cite. Once I am there, I will evaluate the problem(s) and tell them all the ways we can fix the issue. I take care of my customers because my goal is never to make money and get rich. I give affordable rates to fix issues and more expensive rates for those who want to upgrade everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained as a repair technician for other companies and undergone the industry standard of knowledge in fixing pool applications.
