- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We list our prices as a "per person" price so you can calculate the cost relative to your guest numbers. Please feel free to call us regarding any specific needs or customization you would like. We get special requests all the time and love to accomidate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It can be difficult figuring out the cost of hiring a caterer. We like to begin our process by providing our PDF version of our menu. It is our extensive menu and all the costs are itemized to ensure you remain within your budget. Once you have looked through our material are ready, bring your questions to us and let us know how we can help. Our PDF menu is available on our Thumbtack page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our chefs have over 15 years of experience in their skill-sets. Our staff is trained in formal table service and are constantly in an apprenticeship style of training, learning new skill-sets from senior members.
