- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a great value proposition. Our prices are fair, and we only provide products that are national name brands that offer exceptional value and warranties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We provide a $150/hr design consultation. 2. If you choose to hire us, we will collect a 50% deposit and schedule a technical measure and assessment. 3. We then order your custom products. Typical manufacturing times range from 3 to 20 weeks. 4. We receive all the products at our warehouse and then schedule installation(s). 5. Finally, we collect the balance due on the installation's completion date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has 77 years of experience in interior and daylighting design, window fashions, and contracting. We have handled projects of various sizes and complexities. We have attended all of the manufacturer's training certification classes and are often consulted by others in the design industry on how best to complete projects.
