I called this company when my AC started blowing hot air on a Friday, early evening, with temps running at 110 degrees, Oded reached out immediately and attempted to get a tech to my house. Although he couldn't get a tech he was willing to come first thing Saturday morning. Miraculously my AC started working without any intervention. What impressed me is that Oded called back to check on my situation, this is what i call true customer service and a company that cares about their customers. I appreciate you Oded.

We had an issue with our AC since last summer. It's gotten worse this summer. The circuit breaker keeps switching off, especially in hottest days (110+/Not fun). We had to switch it back on at least 10 to 20 times a day until we finally gave up and reached out to AZ Home Services Group. Frank came by and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. Frank was extremely knowledge, patient and professional. And most importantly he uncovered the issue and fixed it.
