Every touch point with the company was amazing. The initial response took only minutes, and every connection from there on out was top notch. The team took great care to cover furniture before starting and let me know what they were doing (and why) every step of the way. That was super helpful in understanding their process. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Our laundry so far is working great after we got it cleaned. He was also punctual which is great when you have a busy schedule. The price is reasonable for the work. Will be using him again if we need any work done.

Dave, our technician, was immediately responsive, arrived on time, worked efficiently, was clean, inspired confidence, showed us before and after images of the vents, was educational, offered advice when asked, and was reasonably priced with no surprise add-on charges. We could not ask for more in a service, and definitely will rehire Joe Filter for regular dryer vent cleaning as well as additional services. Highly recommended.
