Every touch point with the company was amazing. The initial response took only minutes, and every connection from there on out was top notch. The team took great care to cover furniture before starting and let me know what they were doing (and why) every step of the way. That was super helpful in understanding their process. Joe Filter are very fast and flexible. I am in need of cleaning my Dryer duct because of the lint build-ups which prevent us from installing the dryer. Joe Filter is flexible to find a technician to do it same day. Quality of work is good, technician arrive on time to do the work. Overall, very happy with the service. Will definitely use them in the future.
