Dave, our technician, was immediately responsive, arrived on time, worked efficiently, was clean, inspired confidence, showed us before and after images of the vents, was educational, offered advice when asked, and was reasonably priced with no surprise add-on charges. We could not ask for more in a service, and definitely will rehire Joe Filter for regular dryer ventcleaning as well as additional services. Highly recommended.
