- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the culinary field for over 10 years, I worked in restaurants hotels I've had my own catering business I was lead chef at a hospital and the list goes on. However when I was in college I lost over hundred pounds by simply changing my diet and exercising I did this after I took the nutrition course and learned about my body and what it needed and have worked since then I've had a real interest in teaching others like mehow the right types of food can improve your lifestyle. So in essence I learned the business in order to create amazing food and now I want to do it in a healthier way so that you can still have the same grace great tasting food but it can be low-calorie, low sodium, low fat, and low sugar
