- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25 - Once a day visit. Includes up to 30 min. of onsite pet and property management. $45 - Twice a day visit. Includes up to 45 min. of onsite pet and property management. $150 - Overnite Security. Includes up to 8 hours of onsite pet and property management. WE NEVER SLEEP so you can -- soundly! $20/hour + $0.50/mile for chores or errands. You only pay for the actual time used, in 15 min. increments. (Often errands can be run late at night, minimizing unnecessary wait times, keeping your cost affordable.) *Discounts for "Frequent Flyers." Travel much? Pre-schedule and SAVE $$$! **Specialty repairs and projects by quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple. Call us. Arrange services needed. Schedule a brief, face-to-face meeting at the location being serviced. Are you routinely out of town? Customers can schedule reoccurring future visits up front and cancel at no cost up to 24 hours in advance.Valid Drivers License/State ID and Credit Card/Debit Card required. Slater Solutions. All charges are made through a verified PayPal Business Account, providing you with a layer of added protection and peace of mind for our customers as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The General Manager of Slater Solutions is both a former Security Guard, former General Contractor and retired Pet CPR/First Aid Instructor & Paramedic, who currently serves on Tempe Fire's Community Emergency Response Team. All of Slater Solutions agents are background checked and professionally trained in pet CPR/First Aid as well!
