- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not compete with the cheapest laborers. Instead I price competitively with top rate companies when it comes to quality of finished work and how fast it takes to get the job scheduled & completed. This give you the best result for the best value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually works like this, we get a request on thumbtack, we then message, call or text very quickly. We then discuss what the customer is looking to have done and find out more details to have a full scope of the job. This allows us to have the best idea we can of a customer truly wants and what their needs are. We then discuss best scheduling for us and the customer. Upon arrival we listen to our customers on anything else they want to let us know about the job and complete the project to their satisfaction. finally go over the finished project with them, making sure we didn’t miss anything and offer any additional help they might need. Our services are guaranteed.
