- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimate process is simple. We have to complete an inspection to put my eye on the scope of work. Many people want to tell me how many SF are going to be painted but they do not realize there is more to it than just that. Once I complete the first process I end up pointing out more work needed and it is always honest. I then use a program to calculate the pricing and submit a quote to the customer same day as inspection.

We are a family owned business that was passed down and it was very important to me to keep it standing and one day I will pass it on to my children.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my line of work is water damage and it is all word of mouth.
