- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start at $250 for small condo/townhomes. Typical home inspection prices are between $300-$400. Termite Inspection $50, Pool/Spa $50, Sewer Scope $175, Mold $150. $25 discount for police, fire and military personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to be very clear and explain my findings while showing you the report that you will receive. Then do a walk through of the home to show certain pertinent items like the water heater and certain deficiencies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2500 inspections under my belt. I am licensed and insured by the state of Arizona as a home inspector, termite inspector and mold inspector.
