New Pad Inspections

I’m an experienced home inspector with more than 2,500 inspections completed working for 2 major inspection companies in the Valley. I recently started on my own and my rates are very competitive inorder to rapidly build my business. I deliver a detailed, easy‑to‑understand report with plenty of photos, videos, and thermal images so you know exactly what’s going on with the home. During an inspection I typically: - Walk the roof when safely reachable and check the underlayment - Enter the attic and inspect visible components - Remove the electrical panel cover - Test HVAC, appliances, windows, doors, outlets, sinks, showers, toilets and any other features of the home Typical home inspections start around $300, depending on square footage. I also offer: - Termite inspections: $50 - Pool/spa inspections: $40 - Mold testing: $150 - Sewer Scope: $175 I’m based in Tempe but I will travel to Payson, Prescott, Sedona, Flagstaff and Tucson for a small fee.
