I specifically hired Cactus Cleaners based on my discussion with Jonathan. I was very clear that I needed 2 people. He said he was sending an experienced person who specialized in deep cleaning for those moving out. He sent one. The poor girl, Ashley, showed up a little late and stated that it was just her and the other person had a blow out with her tire and couldn't make it. She said she had been trying to called Jonathan and he didn't reply. I tried calling and sent a message through the Thumbtack app. No reply. Ashley was a nice girl but I sent her hope. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.
