I had Brian and his team paint the entire interior of our 3000 sq/ft home. They showed up right on time Saturday morning and we're finished by midday Monday (even working on Sunday!). Brian painted stripes in my son's room and did some decorative trim work in a bathroom, and he was very meticulous and it all came out perfectly! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Brian and Eagle Crest! They were efficient, fast and affordable! I will be using Brian and his team for any future painting needs without a doubt!

I needed a master bathroom and a bedroom painted. Brian, the owner, promptly sent me an estimate via email. He was reasonably priced, which was important to us. When we hired EagleCrest to do the job, Brian gave me a start date and time and the name of the person that would do the job. Anthony arrived on time both days. The job was completed promptly and the paint looks great! Thank you for a job well done. Both Brian and Anthony were personable, friendly, prompt, and courteous. The rooms were left clean when the job was done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standardized pricing would be great if the projects were standardized. There are many variables in any given paint-job... the only thing that absolutely DOES NOT influence my pricing is the zip-code you may reside, or what car is parked in your garage. Fairness is a virtue.
I often wonder how many opportunities I have lost due to a low bidder, that later inflated his price. Its a shady practice that I refuse to participate in.
I historically job-cost nearly EVERY project I complete, meaning my numbers are current and accurate. *I pay no mind to what other companies charge as I can not control any of their expenses. The fact is, I am rarely the least, or most expensive, but my application systems are always best method, and my cleanliness, quality and speed unmatched.
In most cases, pricing will be presented in a square foot number, and itemized. Very easy to understand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts here. Read my profile and testimony. Look at my diverse pics. Examine my online quote, but know that we are working on limited information on our end. All I can do Is present myself in a way that makes you want to hear what I have to say. From that point, it is up to you to send an email, text or call.
Then its time for me to listen.
If you text or call, I promise not to be a stalking painter :). Maybe a single followup. But, if you are able, use this as an opportunity to send some pics of the job directly to my phone/email.
