- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly plus a flat rate trip charge. Our clock begins when we arrive at the starting location and ends when we leave the ending location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually for a new customer, we like to schedule a Zoom estimate to look at what needs to move, so we can give the customer our most accurate quote.
