I have been working out with Ron two to three times a week for over a year. I am 75 and obviously can’t do many of the things I could when I was younger. He seems to instinctually know that and never pushes me any further than I can go. He is very personable, easy to get along with and is very knowledgeable about many kinds of exercise regimes and when to apply them. I’ve had other personal trainers but none anywhere near as good as Ron.
