Definitely quality over quantity when it comes to his program. Getting back into the gym was very discouraging at some times and being able to talk with Ron as he reassured me that it’s not about the number but the form and gradually building up to it is some thing that I find that works for me. Very personable fair prices, and I’m excited to work with him.

I have had other trainers previously but Ron is amazing! In just 6 weeks I was feeling the difference and even receiving compliments from friends and even strangers! Always on time, easy to work with, communicates quickly and professionally and tracks everything you do together in great detail! If you want a trainer who knows their stuff and he ya results you found Ron! I compete at high levels of sports and he knows his stuff! Well worth the time and money.

I meet them in person for a free fitness assessment to determine what their goals are, expectations, and needs. We then find what program fits them the best.
