I enjoy training with someone who practices what he preaches and has made a personal transformation of his own. Dennis shared his own personal transformation and fitnes journey with me which made him very relatable. He understood what I was going through trying to transform my body. He’s always very responsive when I ask about my nutrition plan and he makes adjustments weekly based on my progress. I wish I lived in the same state so I could train with him in person again, but he still creates my plans and coaches me online. I truly appreciate his time invested in me.May 23, 2018

I met Dennis in College back in 2010-2011 & after I finished school, I slowly started working out with him after seeing firsthand his own personal transformation, which was AMAZING! We started seriously training in December of 2017, 6 months ago & I can tell you now, he has changed my life drastically! I am down 60lbs, training for my first figure competition, & the happiest & healthiest I have ever been; thanks to Dennis. Being a retired college athlete, trying to stay in shape on your own is a tough, but Dennis encourages, motivates & is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Dennis makes his workouts challenging, yet FUN! Most importantly; Dennis makes sure that technique is correct to help avoid injuries, he is reliable & always has a routine/workout planned ahead of time, & he strives to make you be the best YOU that you can be. Dennis has been my trainer for a little over a month. Since training with him I’ve lost a total of 16lbs. He is great at adjust meal plans and work outs when needed. He is also great at keeping you accountable and encourages you with each stride you make. Overall I would recommend 100 times over because his training truly effective!May 14, 2018
Best trainer EVER!!! I didnt want a trainer at first, thought I could do it on my own... Wow was I wrong, when I started i was 225, when I finally said my goodbye (financial reasons) I was at 130. I know I could have never done it without DJ. He made me push myself, believe in myself, and gave me the confidence I needed. I will go back to him when im back on my feet. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Here are the break down of my training packages Free personal training session is always given at first for an assessment I do 35-45 min training sessions Base training price is $40 per session. 8 sessions/monthly=$320monthly 12 sessions/monthly=$480 monthly 16 sessions/monthly=$550 monthly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First of all i ask questions when im working with a new client. what are their goals? What level of experience do they have? What do you enjoy about exercise? What obstacles may be in their way to achieving their goals? its very important for me to understand what motivates my clients and what pitfalls have disrupted their progress in the past. It is my job to help my clients progress, so i must to have lots of informations and details for planning appropriately. From a more scientific stand point, it is also important to collect data to know where we are starting from and define the goals ahead. I take anthropometric data like weight, height, body fat percentage. I look at movement patterns to check for deficiencies, compensations or imbalances that may inhibit progress. I record performance records to track improvement. Then i periodically invest time in reassessing the progress to motivate the client to perform better.
