Geremiah was very talented and he was everything I expected and more. I was on a temporary business trip in Phoenix and tried to keep my exercise routine. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and first aid/CPR certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?He started his fitness journey in high school where he played football, basketball and ran track. It wasn’t until he fractured his hip that he dedicated himself to gaining knowledge on how to properly train and rehab his body. By advocating proper knowledge and training, he helps guide individuals on their journey to a more complete and healthy lifestyle.
