Introduction: We offer training in the Asian systems of self defense and fitness such as Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Yoga, and Qi Gong. We offer group and private lessons which focus on each discipline. Our self defense training is effective on the street.
We use the Chinese fighting systems such as Tiger, Mantis, Crane, Ba Gua, Xing Yi, and weapons to condition the mind, body, breath, and confidence. We have classes for adults and children.
