Welding (GTAW / GMAW) Our background is from precision welding, and work in the aerospace and commercial manufacturing industries for 12+ years. We are highly experienced in GTAW and GMAW processes, with a wide variety of materials (alloy steels, stainless, nickel-base alloys, cobalt-base alloys, aluminum, and titanium). Construction contracting Licensed in Arizona for residential and commercial and contracting (ROC #249882). Prototype design and development We work with clients on product development, from conceptual and physical prototype design through development and manufacturing. 3D CAD design and rendering Communication and ability to work with rapid-changing requirements and concepts is essential. We use SolidWorks and AutoCAD software for design and presentation with clients and suppliers. Production manufacturing and design for manufacturing Production of customer products, and assistance with engineering design for manufacturing. Our primary goals are cost reduction, process consistency, and shortening lead times. We strive to accomplish this through simplification of design, and application of tools and technology.
