When looking for a DJ, the first thing one should consider is whether or not they are local. A local DJ, as opposed to a national DJ chain, knows the venues and knows the other vendors that they will be working with. Plus, a local DJ will be available to meet as many times as necessary before the date of the event. After that, find one with some good reviews and meet them. If your personalities click, then you might have found the right one.
