- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on not only the usual time of events but the upkeep, set up, and tear down of our equipment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive leads, I give them a call to make a more personal introduction. I ask about their event and angle to the right package that would make both of us happy. Then I send contract and invoice by email! Once downpayment is set, I lock in date, and you’ll expect me at your event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked with customers for numerous years. I have been a server for 8 years and Wesley has ran his business for 10.
