- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Schmitz Carpet Cleaning technicians are selected from individuals who show honesty, integrity, and customer service experience. Background are made upon hire and technicians are trained to meet the unique needs of the Customer service industry. Technicians are taught skills customer relations, as well as carpet & upholstery cleaning. Our training includes 6 months of innitial training, 40 hours of class room training in each of our services based on the standards outlined by the Institute of Inspection,Cleaning & Restoration Certification. ( IICRC ) . And at least 5 hours of weekly ongoing training.
