- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is we meet with the customer at their house or at their business and we listen to what the customer is needing on there cleaning need, we use a cleaning proposal and check out what they're saying write it down explain to them on the proposal what it is and the pricing, we have it broken down for instance, carpet cleaning, window cleaning ,tile cleaning, in pricing, so they can choose which way to go
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At the age of 12 wanted to make money as an early teen,heard in 7th grade about some one in San Francisco make 1/2 million,wow i can do that, so I bought some glass cleaner , build a box , I put the box in front of my bike and rode off to clean windows at a mobile home park,in Gilroy California
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've dealt with homeowners that are not home all the time and looking for someone to clean for them such as chiropractors, dentist, electrician some property managers, pastors from different churches. We also work with domestic engineers if you know what I mean.
