- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of maintenance plans and discounts to meet every budget. We have Veteran and Military and also senior discounts available. We also have $0 Down - 0% Financing available. Among many other rebates or discounts online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to them on the phone. Then going to their residence to introduce our company and welcome them to our HVAC Family. We like for our customer to be there so we can show them step by step what we are doing and show them the results. This is not mandatory but welcomed. We like to inform you about your unit. So you have a better understanding of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician is certified and we have meetings every morning about our company, customers and ethics training. We keep up to date every month on any HVAC related training. Because we don't know everything and want to give you the best possible service.
